        Provide Management with daily, weekly monthly tracking reports on all BU, Branch Turn Ups, Branch Closures, expansions.

        Cost allocations for all Brach locations, updated status reports.

        Analyze and resolve Telecommunications billing issues, troubleshoot issues with lines within the organization.

        Excellent communicator collaborating with team members, ability to analyze existing circuits, implementation of upgrades to increase bandwidth for all branch locations.

        Basic knowledge of Cisco management, voice and data services, switching systems cat5e, fiber optics

        Utilize Verizon Enterprise center to generate reports for company billing for all products and services.

        Maintain account billing information, records, and logs.
